*Perfect Information for the Long War 2 (actually shows what chance you have to graze, how much critical damage you will do, etc. *Free Camera Rotation (now the camera rotates in 45 degree increments instead of 90, and you can look straight down the movement grid) *Overwatch All/Others (another straightforward button that's huge timesaver) *Evac All (a button to do just that, a huge timesaver for the bigger LW2 squads) *Stop Wasting My Time - Legacy (a key mod to remove pauses/delays and in particular make overwatch cinematics not take forever) I've starred the ones I think are no-brainers and make an indisputably good change: The development team at Firaxis, publisher 2K Games, and the Long War Studios are announcing that they are planning to offer three free mods for the upcoming XCOM 2 on launch day. I don't like gameplay change mods, and so these are quality of life along with a few animation/voicepacks for fun. LW2 is complete as is and might actually be broken by subscribing individually to component parts.Īs for other mods I would recommend (with comments in parentheses for ones that aren't as clear from the name). To emphasize what others have said, do NOT get any of the other mods by Pavonis.
